About us

The company was founded in 1991 by separation of Mechanical Ceahlau SA , a manufacturer of agricultural machinery .

In the early years, the work was focused on the manufacture of equipment for treasury ( safes, thesaurus doors , treasures armored transfer of drawers, boxes stored values), metal, aluminum and PVC joinery, metal stainless steel.

Since 2005, the company's activity was switched to the manufacture of metal for ships ( louver vent, gooseneck vent, mushroom vent, etc. . ) As well as the execution of metal. Approximately 60 % of the export turnover is direct and 30% indirect export.

The company has production halls equipped with 3.2 ton crane, machinery and equipment for cutting, bending, machining, welding protective environment, sanding and painting.

Number of staff is about 70 skilled trades of locksmiths , lathe, milling, mechanics, welders, painters, with a rich experience in our industry.

1. Metal containers.  

Manufacture of metal containers with a capacity of 1-3 cubic meters for export to France.
The current volume of production is 2500-3000 containers / year, but we have the capacity to increase production to 5,000 containers / year.

2. Manufacturing metal components for ships.
We work with Daewoo Heavy Industries in 2005 for the execution of metallic Mangalia:

• louver vent (dimensions 200 * 900 * 230mm to 1800 mm)
• gooseneck vent (dimensions 200 * 900 * 230mm to 1800 mm)
• mushroom vent (with diameters of 200-1500 mm).

We provide these products for about 45 high-capacity ships (ships container ships, cargo ships, bulk carriers). Products are shipped painted and fully equipped (fittings, gaskets).

3. Manufacturing Stainless steel components.
We manufacture stainless steel railings and stainless steel versions + steel + glass.
As reference works have rail to Port Baku Residence and railing at New Town Residence Bucharest (aprox.8000 ml).
 
4. Aluminium and PVC joinery.
We manufacture PVC and Aluminium joinery

5. Various metal confections
- Doors and shutters Ala type, thickness between 4-25 mm.
- Equipment for treasury (cash money, treasury doors, boxes stored values, etc. ..)
